Stitches

Im little over 5 weeks pp. My stitches have not dissloved yet. I finally decided to look down there 😆 now i wish i didnt... I have stitches all the way up one side almost to where i pee and then a few at the bottom part of my lady parts.

Anyone tear that bad before?

Dr never did say anything about me tearing other than you have a few stitches. (This is the first time i tore during birth)

When did yours disslove?

How long were you sore?

It still hurts down there to wear regular pants. Sometimes it even hurts to sit or hit a bump in the road.

My mother in law suggested Epsom salts baths to help but dr said no salts or essential oils in baths and only sit for maybe 10mins....but it hurts to sit that long in my tub.

Advice?
