So frustrated

I am trying to wrap my head around the fact that we have had two mc since the beginning of the year. I’m trying to research why, especially since all my blood work came back great. But it seems like i can’t even talk to my fiancé without him getting upset with me. I feel like I’m searching for answers that don’t involve it being my fault. And for him to yell at me the way he does like he doesn’t even care is just making it worse.
