Anyone else has slight bleeding 6 weeks pregnant?!

Has anyone else had very very light pink spotting in their pregnancy? Was the baby okay? Freaking out a little as I know bleeding is now good but it was only when wiping and gone now. Thanks in advance!!

I had spotting from week 5 to about week 8 off and on. Then again at week 15 and week 16. I’m currently 19 weeks. My doctor said that the early bleeding was due to stretching and egg burrowing deeper down. The spotting from 15-16 is due to low lying placenta. Baby is healthy and growing perfectly !
