Side effects for Myo-inositol
Hi,
I have been using this for nearly two weeks now and noticed it has been given me side effects eg.. Really oily skin a break out in spots, making me emotional ive had a few period like pains, tired ...
I would like to know if anyone has had these like symptoms and its kick started their period as i haven't had one for a year! And im not going through the change
