What to bring 1st day of daycare. 4 month old

My baby boy is almost 4 months and starting daycare next week! Any advice on what to bring or tips for breastmilk? At this point, I have no idea how much be us even eating in a day.

If baby will be taking a bottle at daycare, you should start giving a bottle at home sometimes too so you know if it goes okay. Not all babies take to all bottles. We send all our son’s food with him. He keeps a bottle there that she washes and maintains. He also has a bin with diapers, wipes, and back up clothes. A small comfort blanket goes back and forth with him. Talk to your daycare provider and see what they prefer.

I worked at daycares for the past three years & my biggest advice to every mom was to sleep with a blanket or sleepsack that baby will have there to smell. It’ll be a good comfort if baby has a hard day & is missing mommy. 😊

I would ask the daycare. We usually provide a list (I work at one) but first time daycare parents usually have tons of questions, so best to just ask! :)
