Waiting for doctor please help

My 6 month old was bitten by our new kitten. There’s a gash and it’s bleeding on her hand. The kitten also doesn’t have His rabies shot yet. I called the on-call pediatricians I’m waiting for her to give me a call back because I left a message what should I do what do you think can happen. I’m so scared my baby is acting normal though
