Car sick

Does anyone else’s toddler get carsick? My daughter has been getting carsick ever since she turned 18 months. She still doesn’t communicate very well (only has about 3 words) so its so hard to find out when its going to happen. It normally happens after we’ve been in the car longer than 30-45 minutes. Seriously the worst thing ever especially when I have 7 month old twins too 🤪🤪 if your toddler doesn’t get sick, do you have any type of miracle relief for this momma?? 😭😭😭
