Insomnia! HELP!!
Oh my! I'm currently 21 weeks. I have always struggled to get a good night's sleep, but I'm literally only getting maybe a total of 2-3 hours of sleep a night!!! I wake up every 30 mins or so. I'm uncomfortable, have a headache, exhausted. I can't keep doing this!! I talked to my doctor and she suggested taking Benadryl or Unisom. Ok, so I took unisom one night, slept like a DREAM, but baby didn't moved alllllll the next day and gave me anxiety like crazy!!! What are you doing to help sleep at night?!
