Fake miscarriage
If you knew a girl who was faking a miscarriage. And you were 100% she was lying. The doctors said she wasn't nor was pregnant and was telling everyone, the ex, the family, even social media she had a miscarriage would you speak up or let the family mourn a baby that never existed. (Saw this situation on dr.phil and was curious on what others would do)
