Yesterday I went to the zoo for about 3 hours...walked a lot. Which is not unusual for me. I do have a history of varicose veins in my left leg. I’ve been on aspirin. Toward the end of our zoo day, my whole left leg turned red..swollen and hot. I got real nervous and called my doctor. They told me to go to the hospital for a Doppler scan. So I did, luckily no DVTs showed up. This all happened on my 30th Birthday too. This pregnancy is kicking my ass. Anyone else have issues with varicose veins?? I’m now afraid to be active during the rest of the summer 😩
