HSG revealed tube open, after having part of my tube removed?
So I had my HSG procedure done yesterday...
I had laparoscopic surgery April 18 and the fimbrial end of my tube was removed... I assumed it was closed off..
As for my other tube, I was told with my first ectopic, 7 years ago, that she couldn't find my right tube, and it was possible tucked behind my uterus.
Needless to say when my doctor this time was going in, I told her to do what she could to look around and find my other tube.
She did. She said it was doing this kind of dropping thing...?🤷♀️
Her next step was this HSG.
I was already expecting my right tube to be closed, thinking it as like a kinked hose...
But I also expected my left tube to be closed as I just had surgery last month.....??????
I have a follow up in 2 weeks to discuss these results...
But like!!!
What the frig!!!!
I don't understand.....
How is it open...
Will it still be possible in the future without that fimbria?
