Clear discharge from nipples?

I'm 23+6 weeks pregnant and just realized I'm leaking clear fluid from my nipples? It's only a small amount but I'm confused?

I haven’t had discharge but I do have little white “plugs” on mine. I know because I scraped one out and decided not to mess with them because I didn’t want to mess anything up. 🤣
