I have a question

I have a question for y’all whose already been pregnant before I’m 31 weeks today this is my first pregnancy and my mom said I could have preeclampsia but she’s not sure I’m already in preterm labor since 27 weeks . But the other night I went to the ER because I was dizzy/lightheaded and felt like I was gonna pass out and I lost my balance a couple of times but they did my blood pressure 3 times and the first time is was 123/73 then it went to 116/63 then it went to 110/65 are those good or bad
