SOS help

I’m officially 12 days late. All negative test and I had my annual Pap test and she did a blood test as well and it turned out negative. Well today I’m spotting but it’s like discharge and blood mixed together. Like a light pink color. The only thing that concerns me my lower abdominal is very sore and if I walk it’s even sore. I’m not having any cramps it’s just so sore. Is this normal? And would an ectopic be able to show hcg levels in a blood test?
