What are my chances?

My last period was March 18 to the 22nd and I haven’t had a period since then so today I am feeling and seeing that I might be starting my period today what are my chances that I will ovulate in the next 10 to 13 days as typical ovulation is? Has anyone experienced a long cycle and then was able to have ovulation start up ASAP?
