Please please help

So I’m on round 2 of Provera currently on my cycle day 3 and it is brown the previous two days were normal but today it’s a little heavy. I for some reason looked down and it’s dark and brown in the bowl. Is it normal? Do I need to go to the doctors? When I wipe it’s red so maybe I’m just tripping?
