^This was the heaviest.

It was occurring 9-13 DPO- which is a week earlier than my expected period. This wasn’t even enough to fill a tampon, and I generally go through 5-6 a day worth my normal flow.

Anywho, I’m experiencing some breast tenderness, cramping, and bloating.

^this is what I feel like getting out of bed.. 🙃

What do I do?
