When do you finally get confident that the pregnancy will stick after experiencing early losses?

I’ve had two early losses.... We got to see a heartbeat at 6w1d (last Friday), even seeing the heartbeat didn’t calm my nerves. It made me more anxious. Hopefully the next ultrasound eases a little more anxiety and fear if everything is progressing as it should.
