I AM PISSED

This is my sweet Asher. He is an amazing puppy. As a little back story I live in an apartment complex that’s set up like townhomes with exterior doors.

My evil ass neighbor took it upon herself to maze him through the window of our living room tonight. He occasionally barks when someone is passing by but nothing excessive. Tonight while my husband and I were sitting in the bedroom we heard him start to bark and suddenly his bark changed in a way we’ve never heard him bark before. I ran out in the living room thinking something was wrong just in time to see this hag maze him through the window that was open and him start choking. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ANGRY IN MY LIFE!!!!!
