Miscarriage?

I started spotting light pink when wiping then the next day it was spotting without wiping and was still light pink with brown tint as well. Then, after few hours went by my spotting went from pink/brown to darker pink/light red. Then couple hours after that I started bleeding red. I had to wear a panty liner. I stood up maybe two hours after bleeding started and felt a gush. I went into the restroom to check on things. When I wiped I used one hand and then had to get more toilet paper and use other hand right behind hand started wiping with to get it out without losing it in the toilet or it falling apart. According to first day of lmp. I would have been 11 weeks 5 days when it happened.I have a home fetal Doppler and got and can get a reading of 130-150 sometimes 160 but wasn’t sure if my Doppler was reading wrong and not working right.? Also, few days after the bleeding and clots I took a pregnancy test and it came up clear as day positive. I assumed it was because I still had hcg in my system or maybe I didn’t lose my baby and fetal Doppler was reading right and reading fetal heartbeat. Well today it’s been over two weeks since and I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative. If my calculations are right according to my first day of lmp I’d be 14 weeks 1 day today. Anybody else experience this? Was it a miscarriage? I can’t get to the doctor because I having issues with my insurance which is driving me crazily insane. I can’t afford a medical bill atm, but I’m going to call in on Monday for an appointment and see if I can make payments on med bills. My mind is racing and can’t sleep now that I got negative result today. Any help would be very much appreciated on what you think or have experienced or what you know. Thank you in advance.

Day after as well..

Day I went from spotting to bleeding. Very mild cramping. Didn’t hurt, just enough I felt the cramps to know there were there.

Day of bleeding as well. This was from photo of clotting on toilet paper. Is the pink round thing a sac?
