So I’m supposedly pregnant at 5 weeks

But I tested after 4 days of messed period with HCG 123.34

it’s my first time and I’m worried

Because I don’t feel any symptoms except a slight back pain is that normal ??? I’m I just early for pregnancy symptoms ??

When should I start to feel other symptoms
