I was given two rounds of misoprostol as the first didn’t work. I’ve had hardly any cramping or bleeding, but this passed last night. It was somewhere between 6-7 weeks when we lost the heartbeat.

Should I anticipate more clots or tissue to follow or is this it? I keep reading about how painful and bloody the entire process is and that wasn’t the case for me, so that makes me think my MC process hasn’t reached its end yet.
