First appointment- U/S?

Hello all,
I made my first appointment for June 27. The receptionist said I would be 8 weeks then. 
So far away 😩 
But I was wondering if you guys had an ultrasound or got to see what was going on in there for that first appointment?

At my first appointment I was about 5 weeks and all she did was give me a huge information packet and answered questions. At the end we scheduled an ultrasound for a month later.

With my first baby appointment it was just a doctor talking about the pregnancy and things to expect and then I got blood work.. at the end of my appointment with the doctor she scheduled me an ultrasound for a couple weeks later..

My first appt was just going over medical history with a nurse and some bloodwork. The following appt was when I had my ultrasound. At that appt the doctor also wanted to do a Pap smear, pelvic exam, and breast exam. 
I would call the office and ask because they all have different procedures.

Yep, my OB wouldn’t schedule to see me for my first visit until I was 8-10 weeks. I had a vaginal and abdominal US that first visit, so we got to see baby (looked like a gummy bear 🐻)

I was 5+5 on my first appointment, just went over pregnancy, got a packet, etc. I don’t get my ultrasound until the 19th, I’ll be 9+5

Depends on the doctor. But I had my first appointment at 11 weeks and we did the full medical history and a dating ultrasound which is where they changed my due date.
