Positive turned negative opk-Help!

Hi all,

Is it possible to get a positive opk one day and the same test turn negative? First picture shows CD 16 as positive. I took another test today and noticed the CD 16 test turned negative 24 hours later (2nd pic). Got another positive opk today. So confused.
