My daughter randomly got a cold but seems to be getting worse. I looking up rsv symptoms because some of them sound like she might have it. Her cough is sounding dry and horse, no fever, been spitting up/ throwing up multiple times after eating, having a hard time breathing since her nose is stuffy and seems more tired today. I want to get advice while I wait for her dr in the morning. Also forgot to mention she does have a runny nose, cloudy green snot and sneezing
