Muscle creams?
I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I pulled a muscle in my neck and I can’t even get out of bed, or move my neck from side to side. Can’t sleep or do anything. I know it’s said not to use icy hot. Anyway I’d be able to use like bio freeze or bengay? I’m absolutely miserable and nothing is helping.
