So I'm 15 weeks pregnant. My feet aren't swelling but they're so sore!! 😭😭 Did anyone else experience sore feet without swelling?

Many women's feet grow and spread in pregnancy, mine grew a size and never went back, and the bones totally hurt hurt hurt! But I never experienced swelling.

Girl yes, or I just simply get exhausted easier, I haven’t gained much weight and don’t have the biggest belly, I’m also 15w 2d, but i have noticed that legs & feet become just plain out worn out by the end of the day, I have to get a foot rub bc if not in the middle of the night I’ll wake up to pain running down my legs and makes it hard to sleep

Buy soles with arch support. The extra weight takes a toll on your feet, take good care of them.
