What would you do?

What would you do if you and your SO have 2 kids together both girls he wants another child hoping it’s a boy but you don’t want anymore? I don’t want to go through pregnancy again, I don’t want to adopt I don’t want anymore children period I just want 2 children. I’ve experienced 2 miscarriages and high risk pregnancies both times that my next pregnancy will be high risk too.

You guys just need to work it out. Obviously someone is going to have to change their mind or the relationship may not work. There's not an easy solution.

Explain to him about the high risks. See if baby is a NEED from him. 
I honestly was done after I had my baby in 2016, but then my husband started to talk about having another baby, so we tried, I had a miscarriage and it was very hard on me, so I bought opk test strips and tracked for roughly 5 months got pregnant again and lost it a few days after finding out. It hit me harder then ever. I then went all force to track and have a baby, finally in October I became pregnant and waited to see if it stuck. It sure did. My daughter was upset that it is a boy, but I have turned it around for her that she and I can go do girly things where the 4 boys will be off doing there own thing, she now loves him and cant wait for him to arrive in 2 days.
It's a hard decision but I am completely done with having anymore babies. 
My husband rather not me go get tied and that was a conversation we had about roughly 7 years ago, in my 6 week check up after this baby I will be going to it by myself and going to ask if we can set the surgery to tie my tubes.
Maybe look into that, you dont have to take you SO and it's your right to not tell him. Like I said that's a huge step to make but if your done hunny your done, he should respect that

Your body, your choice. He should respect how much of a physical toll it takes on you. My husband witnessed my horrible experience when pregnant and my horrible labor. When I told him that our daughter most likely will be the only one he said ok cause he saw how hard it was on me and my mental state. Talk to him seriously about not wanting another and go from there. He may respect your wishes if you show him how serious you are.
