7 month old eating solids schedule

My daughter is 7 months old ... we are doing solids(just purées) and I’m struggling finding a schedule . She isn’t in the mood for food all the time , however I do notice that if she doesn’t eat solids, then she is asking for a bottle every 3 hours .

What routine should I get into to create some more consistency??

I know formula/breast milk is to be offered first all the time at this age . Any suggestions as to how often and how much baby purée I should I be incorporating throughout the day?
