Baby acne breast milk?

I know they say it’ll go away on its own but I’m hoping to have my babies acne mostly cleared up for his baptism Sunday I’ve read some thing saying that putting breastmilk on their face will help clear it up has anybody had success with this or success with anything else

My baby has had little spots since his birth and I’ve been putting breast milk on them after most feeds and it’s basically all cleared up in a day !

BM helps, you can dilute some tea tree oil with water and do spot treatment

My Ped said it is hormonal and BM won’t help. It just takes a couple weeks

I tried it on a small spot for a few days. It reduced the redness a little but it didn’t fully make it go away.
