AFP blood test??

I turn 16 weeks on Friday and I’m wondering if I should get the afp bloodwork done that day since I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday next week and would like the bloodwork to be back in time for my appointment. Will it be accurate enough the first day I turn 16 weeks??

I think anytime 16 weeks or later is fine, I think I did mine a couple days after 16 weeks. They may just do the bloodwork at your appointment, that's what mine did. They called me a few days later with the results.
