I have been exclusively pumping since I went back to work when my daughter was 12 weeks old and I have been an over supplier but within the last week my supply is really dropping. I was pumping around 45 oz a day and now I’m lucky if I pump 30 oz. I am still eating the same things and drinking the same so I’m not really sure what happened. It just seems like now it is taking way longer to drain my breasts. I was able to pump and be finished within 15 minutes but now at 25 minutes milk is still dripping but even with an extra ten minutes I’m getting less milk. Any help or advice would be awesome. I need to pump for about another 45 days and I should have enough milk to get my daughter to one year. I’m so close it’s so frustrating!
