Anyone else have POTSyndrome while pregnant?

How do you deal with the dizziness, being lightheaded, and heart rate changes??

I misread, I have POTS symptoms, but I go for a diagnosis tomorrow. I have to take it easy and be vigilant to stay hydrated and eat healthy. When the symptoms happen, I try to change position safely and then lay down for a while. Were you diagnosed recently or did you have it prepregnancy?

I’m having these issues but it’s not pots. It’s my bp. I have high bp and have had it for a few years. It’s under control but recently I’ve been having bouts of low bp after I eat because my arteries are stretched out and am having a hard time keeping it normal after I eat. I read that eating small meals throughout the day and cutting back on sugar and white flour can help. I haven’t had an episode since I cut all that out.
