What are y’all doing for your swollen feet. I when to the doctor today for my 35 week check up and everything looked good except my feet I already triad elevating my feet and nothing they are starting to hurt.

I strap ice masks to my feet. Or soak them in cold water, then prop them up.

Lemon water. I have a big pitcher of water with chopped of lemons in it and seriously it makes the biggest difference for me!! I can drink regular water all day long and still be swollen. Lemon water reduces my swelling in just like an hour or two. It’s crazy.

Do you sleep with them elevated? I move a lot when I sleep so what my doctor recommended was to elevate under the end of the mattress. That way your feet are elevated all night. I just stuck some old towels under there and have not had any swelling or varicose veins. Also use compression stockings.

Foot massages have been helping, in addition to elevating them. The key is to have someone massage your feet towards your ankles and legs... Move the fluid back up you're leg.

They have to be elevated above the level of your heart or the swelling won’t go down. For me it takes a couple days in a row of elevating and soaking them to notice a difference.

For elevating to actually work, your feet have to be above your heart. A bit hard to do while pregnant. 
I dont really have a problem with swelling but do have some gnarly varicose veins so i wear compression socks while at work or clinicals.
