Post C section Essentials?

This is my second C section (this one is scheduled) but I'm still curious to see what other moms go to care/Essentials are. Please comment below if you'd like to share any 😊💛 Thank you in advance!

Stuff to help keep you preoccupied (if you need it) for your hospital stay.  High waisted underwear and pants are a must, and if you have to stay a little while (most hospitals are a 3 day stay) stuff like hair brush/tooth brush/etc.

A reclining chair or a elevated wedge for your bed so you don't have to sleep flat and will be able to get up easier. I plan on just sleeping in our recliner at first so I don't have to cause pain getting out of bed. Also lots of ice packs ready but the soft kind not the rock hard ones and I would try and figure out where you think you'll be spending most of your time after so that you can set things up before hand like have some snacks, water bottles, diapers, wipes, and other things in one area so you don't have to move around as much

Never had any ive had 2 c-section but i guess with both of mine boy my boys spent time in the NICU so i was able to recover without having to take care of a new born.
Id say the right kind of pads and motrin

Following I’m in the same situation. I remember using ice packs instead of pain meds last time after a couple days. Also my husband made me a little snack bin with granola bars and water for if I get hungry while feeding the baby.
