Morning sickness or nerves
Hi all, so the last few days I have been feeling nauseas. My bleeding has stopped thank god but I can’t help but think is it morning sickness which I’m hoping or just worry for my scan on Thursday to see if I have lost my baby.
I’m 6 weeks today.
Any advise will be great I’ll be a first time mummy xx
