What does it mean? Yesterday I woke up annoyed because I had a dream about cheating on my partner. Wasn't the first one. I told him about it because I dont like keeping anything from him and even if it wasn't real life I still felt like I had to say it. When I got done he told me he had a dream about me cheating too and what it was about.

Mine dealt with seeing someone I happen to be friends with who was into open relationships. In the dream hook ups between us was normal but they were a little more careless with who they slept with while in the dream I only slept with them and my partner. I was curious if they were clean before doing stuff and they got defended and I didn't trust that and didn't want to give anything to my partner so we ended up just talking instead of sex. Also at one point they asked me if my partner knew I was seeing them since it had became pretty regular. And it came as a shock to me that I did not tell him. Dumb dream. In almost every cheating dream it comes as a shock.

In his dream he dreamed about me staying the night at a friend's house. When I called to tell him what went down I said we cuddled all night and quickly said nothing else happened. So my partner doesnt actually know if I cheated or not in the dream just that I made it sound really suspicious.
