Extra spoon of formula??

Hey guys my son did a really hard poop and blood came out with it I’m thinking I might’ve put and extra spoon of formula in his bottle. What should I do? He will be 3 months old in one week

If it was red blood it wouldnt be internal bleeding, it was probably because of the hard poop x

After that poop he did another one that was normal and no blood so I’m thinking it really was the extra spoon of formula I mightve put, I was just concerned if I should still see a doc

Take him to the hospital NOW. Blood in the stool could mean internal bleeding.
