Pregnant?

So I read online that you can use an ovulation test as a pregnancy test, has anybody done this before and it was correct? Because today I was supposed to get my period and it didn't show, which has never happened. And I couldn't get a pregnancy test due to my husband having the car at work.. I had a ovulation test and took it this is what it read

Using it as a pregnancy test isn’t reliable. But if you were the test line would be super bold.  So this is negative

I can see the other line but it faint your preguant but do other test it will show better

There’s always the lg hormone in your system throughout your cycle- so I think when people have taken opk tests that come out super positive witch indicated pregnancy for them - but a positive opk is both lines the same color or the test line darker than the control line- are you sure when you ovulated?
