Implantation?

I am hoping I am pregnant! The timing is actually an accident by like 3 months, but I have been wanting and am ready for a baby ❤️ I am just looking for some guidance on my symptoms...

About 6-7dpo I had light pink spotting followed by dark brown spotting on my underwear. Then I have had mild periodic cramps ever since, and I now have milky white discharge. I’ve been super hungry lately, and I have been super tired. This is exactly what happened with my first pregnancy (which I lost at 11 weeks). Right now I am 9-10 dpo, but I am wondering if and when I should test? If I am preg and the baby implanted, would my hormones be high enough?
