Low blood pressure???

Today I have been feeling really off, so I decided to take my blood pressure and I got a reading of 89/61. Do you ladies think that is too low? Should I be concerned at all? My baby is been moving fine all day. Is just me feeling down😊thank you.

I would for sure inform your dr about it, normal bp is 120/80 and if it was low enough to make you feel off it’s apparently not your normal. I would contact them and be sure they are aware

That's too low. My midwife said to not let mine get below 100 over 60. If your blood pressure is low and your pulse is high, it's dehydration and you should drink some water and eat some chips for a little extra salt. That's the advice they gave me.

Mine was low last pregnancy and lasted through postpartum for a bit. I would get 80-100/60-70 the last few weeks and afterwards. Doctor never said anything. 🤷🏻‍♀️ some people just naturally have lower bp just make sure you aren’t dehydrated and bring it up to the doctor.

Talk to your doctor, they may recommend increasing your water and salt intake but speak to them first.
