Hi, first month monitoring bbt! Does this tell me anything??!

I just have to say I’m so glad to see someone else who has temperature shifts like I do! I’ve read that temps should barely change unless you’ve just ovulated and mine regularly change +/- .5 - .8 degrees! Anyway, I’m really glad I ran into your post and good luck with your journey!!
