Toddler moms: how to make shots easier???

Hi y’all! My son is 3 and is behind in some vaccine shots. Starting next Monday he’ll be getting them and I’m sooooooo freaked out bc I know he is not gonna take it well (as would any other toddler) but I’m kinda scared he’ll squirm and we’ll have a hard time getting it done and maybe in the process traumatize him 😭😭I really need advice about how to make it easy for him and for us parents!! Bc of moving and getting insurance and then not finding ANY PEDS who would take our insurance etc etc he’s not seen a dr in A WHILE but he’s been a few times with us now with our 4 mo baby. 4mo has gotten shots but toddler guy didn’t really see it happening bc he wasn’t really interested in watching what the dr was doing. Anyway how do you guys make it as easy possible??? Thanks!!!
