Help stopping breastfeeding
So, my son is 7 months old. He's my first, and I'm the first in my family to breastfeed so I'm a little lost as to how to stop. He's been ebf and this past month we've introduced solids and he's done great. He nurses for comfort and sleep often...
How do I go about stopping breastfeeding and switching to formula? Im ok doing morning and bedtime breastfeed for awhile.
Im just overwhelmed and lost
