How have you guys taken Statistics? Was it hard? I feel like I do better with online classes than in person but idk how I would do with statistics online.

I took stats and it was easy in a way but difficult in other ways. Stats has a lot of different things to memorize and that’s what makes it difficult. If you think you’d be able to do that online then I’d say go for it but if it was me I would do a regular, in person, class because I’d learn it all better.

I’m not good at math, but I got a B in statistics. If you aren’t good at math usually, I recommend taking it in person, because it will most likely be more difficult to grasp online and you can’t ask questions.

honestly, i did find stats really easy, but i’m “good at math”. i think its easy for a math class, but hard if you dont like math. most of it is just plugging things into formulas though, the hardest thing is knowing which formula to use

I took statistics online, and I have another statistics class online in the fall. It is easy-average. Online classes require more work, imo, as you have to teach yourself alot. I have always had great professors that help, but if math is harder for you then I would say take it in person.

I took an engineering stat course but basically stats. Put it this way, I have taken calculus all the way through multivar and found those easy. I took this stats class and hated it because it was hard.

I have always told all of my friend to never take math courses online. It’s just a hard concept to grasp with not really having someone guide you through it on a board and explain it. You’ll basically be reading how to do math/stats online.
I was enrolled in a face to face stats class for the summer but not enough people signed up so I was switched to online stats. I had to drop the course, it was way too hard for me.

I took it online and although our professor posted videos and such, it was hard to understand him and understand certain concepts.
I basically taught myself so I would say take it in person if you're going to.

Sometimes I think people only say it is easy to show off - "look at me, I found stats sooo easy, I'm so smart".
It's a tough subject, I took it for a year, my professor was amazing and really made it less hard for us to understand.
