Need answers? TMI

This might be TMI but 2 or 3 days ago I wiped and IDK if it's implantation bleeding or not. It was very light pink kinda sticky looking. So I took a pregnancy test the very next morning and it was negative. But I'm supposed to start my period today and nothing today so far. This will be my second child if I'm pregnant. When should I take a pregnancy test again if I don't strart my period tomorrow? Also I was 4 months with my first when I found out I was pregnant. So I didn't have any symptoms or anything throughout my first pregnancy.
