Nervous

Im a mother of 4 never had any previous pregnancy problems but I went to the er because I have a uti and it was causing discomfort so the did the mandatory so they said my hcg levels are at 3100 and the did a vaginal ultra sound and said nothing was found in my tubes nor my uterus I’m like 5 weeks from my last period so they are chalking this as a ectopic or spontaneous miscarriage minding I no pain no blood I’m a nervous wreck any one has had this experience and what was the out come
