I need support. Major support and advise

I got diagnosed with PCOS on February 26, 2019. At that appointment they had told me they are going to schedule me for surgery to check for endometriosis. My surgery was May 6, 2019. Anyways the day before surgery one of my best friends messages me and tells me she was just at the doctors and that they told her she has some kind of thyroid issue that will cause her to miscarry or she’ll have to terminate the pregnancy. I asked how they knew that and basically she told me they didn’t do any tests other than an ultrasound. I kinda thought it was a little weird but I just brushed it off. The day I come home from surgery she is crying and I’m trying to comfort her while also trying to comfort myself. (They found endometriosis and it was just really a shitty day for me) Anyways fast forward to now. Her mom messages me and lets me know SHE FAKED THE WHOLE ENTIRE THING. She was just using pregnancy and fertility problems as a way to get attention. I really don’t know how to feel...I’ve cried to her about losing my child. I’ve cried to her for 2yrs while I’m struggling to conceive.... but she’s been taking everything from the start. Her mom also informed me that she lied about losing a child also. Then her mom showed me proof she was lying... I mean my heart is broken. Like how can somebody do that?😔

I messaged her and now she said if I ever do get pregnant She’s going to beat my ass and make me miscarry... she’s a shitty person

Update: A friend of mine that was also a friend of hers is now taking up for her 😒. I am cutting almost every single person in my life off. This is ridiculous but I don’t want anybody in my life who would take up for that bs.
