Tips on how to remove ingrown pimples ??

So I have 2 ingrown pimples one by my chin and one on my cheek and I need to get rid of them ASAP I have graduation in a week any tips on how to reduce the size or make it less noticeable. ???? ( I know it’s not possible to remove it completely in a week)

I think you’re speaking of cystic acne. Look up some remedies or see a dermatologist. Since they don’t have a head to pop like your average pimple you can’t really do much
