I think I've lost my mind

AF was expected yesterday but was a no show. Frer this morning had what might have been the start of a line but likely just indent. I've had several symptoms for days and never really get pms. Well, I had some cramping and spotting about 5 hours ago. Assumed AF showed and I was out. BUUUUT.... the cramps are mostly gone now and the spotting hasn't increased. Just small amount of brown and red. Typically AF would be full force within an hour and cramps constant for days... I'm sure I'm being crazy but definitely worth a shot in the dark here. Anyone ever had this happen and then got a BFP?
